Matt Fuette is the Owner and head Chef of Forks and Fingers.

Growing up in a large family with 5 brothers, Matt enjoyed spending time in the kitchen with his family which is where he discovered his passion for cooking.

Matt worked in many high-end hotels. He was selected for a culinary apprenticeship program to work beside their top European Chefs, where he learned the art of well-seasoned, beautifully balanced food.

Throughout the years he attended several culinary schools focusing on different cuisines.

In 1993, he purchased Forks & Fingers and has since mastered the art of well-seasoned food, continuously bringing in clients who want more!

It’s been over 25 years since purchasing Forks and Fingers, and even after all these years you will still find him in the kitchen creating delicious food
